    Structural Issues: It was unknown when the building had been previously painted. The external coating was in poor condition and the balcony balustrades had delaminating render and were spalling in areas.

    Scope of Work:

    • Repair all façade masonry surfaces
    • Repair all concrete and rendered surfaces
    • Three coat system on all previously painted areas (including handrails)
    • Waterproofing, re-pointing and Helifix crack repairs
