    Structural Issues: Damaged façade to both buildings with signs of corrosion and missing pieces/items

    Scope of Work - 2 Lonsdale Street:

    • Concrete repairs
    • Replacement of cracked window panel
    • Repair of bent & damaged air grilles
    • Applying new seals in various locations
    • Removal of tea staining from stainless steel handrail
    • Removal of leachate staining

    • Building maintenance unit (BMU) & rope access required


    Scope of Work - 50 Lonsdale Street:

    • Concrete repairs
    • Repair waterproof membrane between concrete slabs
    • Change mild steel louver panels to new aluminum panels
    • Replace missing window extrusions and vertical fins
    • Repair of bent & damaged air grilles
    • Applying new seals in various locations
    • Install new BMU anchors
    • Treatment of various corroded steel items
    • Repair and replace custom aluminum extrusions
