    Structural Issues:

    • During inspection sand stone and granite pillars were found to be partially detached

    Scope of Work:

    • Carry out inspection and makesafe to all areas of the roof and external facades
    • Removed all loose finials via twin rope systems
    • Epoxy injection of the pillars at top and bottom
    • Removal of spalled or delaminated concrete that may pose a fall hazard
    • Installed custom wrought iron brackets to keep the pillars secured
    • Prepare report including repair recommendations
