This Site attempts to display product images as accurately as possible. However, we can not guarantee that the colour you see matches the product colour. Note that the display of colour may depend, in part, upon the monitor you are using or images supplied by manufacturers.
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered and Absafe Pty Ltd reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit/debit card has been charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Absafe Pty Ltd will issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the charge. Because Absafe Pty Ltd does business throughout Australia and collects and remits Goods and Services Tax (G.S.T) as required by law, this Site also collects and remits GST as appropriate.
You may pay for your online order with a debit card or major credit card, by using PayPal, Zip, ApplePay, or other methods we may add to our website. We also accept direct deposit to our bank account. See below for more information regarding PayPal.
Generally, credit/debit cards are charged by Absafe Pty Ltd on order placement. If for any reason we are unable to supply or you do not wish to proceed with the order before shipment, we can refund the card or PayPal Account used for the purchase.
When using PayPal as your payment method, payment processing and how your credit/debit card is charged is at the sole discretion of PayPal.
After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us and/or limit quantities on any order, without giving a reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have provided with the order. Generally, your credit/debit card will not be charged if we reject an order; however, we will process a refund if a charge has been made against your card. Our payment gateway does not accept credit cards from outside of Australia, and may also block your order/payment if you are using a computer with an IP address outside of Australia.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your “Offer To Purchase”, nor does it constitute confirmation of our ability to supply/sell (“Acceptance of Contract”). Absafe Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
We endeavour to have our stock lists up to date across all our stores, but occasionally we can have inventory losses or errors. Some items, such as Gas Detection, Over-sized Storage Cases and Breathing Apparatus, may always ship direct from the manufacturer or distributor in Australia; in these instances we try to maintain accurate stock holding information from our manufacturers. If for any reason an item you order is not in stock in one of our warehouses or our suppliers, we will offer you a full refund. We may also offer you an alternative product; in this case it would be your choice whether to proceed with the alternative.
All sales made through this Site are subject to our Return Policy. Please note that any refunds for returned items will be net of any shipping paid.
ORDER LIMITATIONS/LIMITED QUANTITIES
