Work Description:
Upon completion of this set of high-rise units & townhouses, it was identified that the rooftop did not have any anchor points available to allow the external windows to be cleaned via rope access. Working with Bluestone OCM, Absafe engineers were able to specify a cost effective 360-degree anchor solution which would provide access to all external windows via rope access and did not affect the aesthetics of the unique building.
Notable Fact:
Commercial builders are not under any obligation to specify a rope access system when construction a building that allows the windows to be cleaned. It is always beneficial to have a height safety expect look over building plans to ensure an anchor system can be installed in the future.
