Job facts:

  • Approximately 6 month contract with 3 stages of work scope comprising of pressure cleaning & priming & 2 top coats (concrete / render repair & patching where needed)
  • Up to 10 rope access tradesmen working on site
  • Construction site setup on building roof with 2 sheds for product & equipment storage
  • All job logistics controlled on site for maximum productivity
  • Lead procedures used to paint handrails

Quality, Safety & Environment:

  • PCCP (Painting Contractors Certification Program) quality control and ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plan) used
  • Extensive site records maintained & work scope progress updated weekly
  • IRATA (International Rope Access Trade Association) Certified technicians only
  • Site inductions and daily safety / toolbox briefs
