Scope of Work:
- Priming and painting of the entire facade
- Concrete and render repair
- Steel preparation and coatings
- Anchor installation, certification and inspections
- Pressure cleaning

- The building as a whole is five structures in one with finish dates varying
- Three main façade’s facing Flinders Lane, Collins & Elizabeth Streets
Job facts:
- Approximately 6 month contract with 3 stages of work scope comprising of pressure cleaning & priming & 2 top coats (concrete / render repair & patching where needed)
- Up to 10 rope access tradesmen working on site
- Construction site setup on building roof with 2 sheds for product & equipment storage
- All job logistics controlled on site for maximum productivity
- Lead procedures used to paint handrails
Quality, Safety & Environment:
- PCCP (Painting Contractors Certification Program) quality control and ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plan) used
- Extensive site records maintained & work scope progress updated weekly
- IRATA (International Rope Access Trade Association) Certified technicians only
- Site inductions and daily safety / toolbox briefs
