- Carry out inspection and makesafe to all areas of the roof and external facades
- Removed all loose finials via twin rope systems
- Epoxy injection of the pillars at top and bottom
- Removal of spalled or delaminated concrete that may pose a fall hazard
- Installed custom wrought iron brackets to keep the pillars secured
- Prepare report including repair recommendations
